Disappointing

I bought this app for the exact purpose as described in the features list.
This list only consists of 4 lines.
1 feature (line 3) does not work: iCloud Backup and Sync.
Thus 25% of promised features do not work under OS 10.11.2.
No export nor printing either, no help nor online-support!
